I think it is obvious that his weaknesses and strengths are highly correlated- i.e.
his loyalty and kindness.
It is what makes him an exceptional leader and also what has undermined the success of the team in regards to getting rid of dead weight.
Now that he has a team that can return the loyalty with excellence it has set up an ideal situation for success. I'm glad the admin was more patient with him than I would have been.
