Stadium size is hardly the determining factor. Martin stadium only holds 33,000,
but WSU punches above their weight. Most of eastern WA, northeastern OR, and much of the western panhandle of ID are WSU fans. Compared to many/most other programs, they show a shred of integrity. Much nicer to deal with than most of the other old PAC-12 teams.
