Holding's holding whenever it happens- Utes have no argument, holding Marion may
...have played into Retzlaff getting the coverage sack on that play.

There are four types of Ute fans:

1. Real Ute fans that have been fans since the 80s when they sucked (a very small percentage)

2. ALUF Ute fans- Ute fans that generally aren't disrespectful toward BYU other than typical, expected rivalry banter, but often times they also don't stand up to their insane fans when they're acting crazy and just brush it off as "oh, that's not the majority of our fan base"

3. Non-Mo/Never-Mo Ute Fans - generally chill, similar to most other football fans across the country, not particularly vitriolic other than the expected banter between rival schools.

4. Exmo Ute Fans are the awful ones that feel they have a "get out of jail free" card to go ham with their bigoted behavior toward the BYU fans and especially church... Where even opposing fan bases look at how they act and ask BYU fans "...why are these guys so terrible?"
This type of fan, I would estimate make up upwards of 20% of the entire fan base, and are what give Utah such a bad name- the Football GM's, the Cheese Fries of Utah fandom that were once members but are now just awful humans.
Strangely, being a Utah fan is also an outwardly counter-culture symbol of being opposed to the Church and the general Utah culture for those that live here. These ones are not really Utah fans as much as they are church haters
