If we're not subbing in the first 5-10 seconds, we shouldn't be subbing

And they need to adjust the rule so that if the offense subs, the defense has 10 seconds to substitute. No more slow trots on and off the field.

I’m not saying we should go hurry up offense but maybe add a bit of urgency so we don’t snap the ball with 2 seconds
