The drill is physical
They need to box each other out. Get low. Put their butt into them.

I need some rebounding drills for my Junior Jazz team. We dribble/shoot/pass better than any other team we've played,

Are they super short (relatively) or unmotivated/unskilled at rebounding?

We have one tall kid and he's a ringer. The rest of them are short and passive though.

Teach them to use their butts to box out. They will think it is funny.

Ok, but I was more thinking like a boxing match to teach them some physicality.

You do the drill with them first and push the kid to the side with physicality
