It's a great and useful concept in this rate environment. I've been trying to find assumable listings in Utah, and it takes a ton of time, and a lot of calls to listing agents and cold calls to potentials. A huge percentage of the ones I call on end up being VA loans, and I haven't found a seller yet willing to sell without a substitution of VA entitlement. When I find a potential assumable listing that is active, I also haven't found a way to differentiate FHA from VA without calling and asking. It's time consuming and tedious.
I'd love to see a service like this, and it seems it would save me a ton of time and work. It's too bad they are in so few states and aren't more widespread.
