I won't lie. I draw some hard lines financially on quite a few things. Does our dog have a value in my brain? For sure. But I'd spend exponentially higher than that amount because even if I "won", my wife and daughter would make sure I lose many times over in the aftermath.

The juice wouldn't be worth the squeeze to fight them too much.
