We have portable 72 hour kits, water, some MREs, and then a lot of canned soups and stews since the soups and stews are inexpensive, easy to prepare, have a decent shelf life, and something we eat regularly anyway.

most of those guys are very barter-centric. So make sure if you aren't stocking up on food, you are stocking up on ammo
