Cook in Crockpot:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 med onion diced
1 can chicken broth
Shred chicken when cooked and add:
2-3 cans white beans- drained ( any kind)
1-2 small cans green chili's- diced
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (or less)
Remove from heat and add:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup fresh whipping cream or 1 cup Evaporated milk
Simmer until warm. Refrigerate
