I'd say either pay for AGM or don't.
Absorptive Glass Matt batteries have really advantages, beyond just power delivery (CCA). I'd say either bite the bullet and pay more for AGM or just buy something the right size and cca.

Costco is best. Then wamart. For price and ease of warranty replacement.
