Michael is a good one.
When I was in college, back in the 90s, I was in a class discussion when impact of celebrity popularity was brought up. Two people got into a discussion about "Michael" that lasted a few minutes before they discovered they were talking about two different Michaels.

Hey, Brady, even if you're on a first name basis with those guys, it's weird to refer to them by first name only when your audience is NOT on a first name basis with them.
