He isn't unlikeable. But he sometimes makes statements that don't make sense and
then digs hard to try to support those statements. He can get a bit stuck on his narrative even when what seems to be happening in the game goes against that narrative.
I think our fans tend to like him when his narrative is that BYU is the better team, and don't like him when he's saying things that are less complimentary about us. Surprise, surprise.
