I’ve dealt with this several times myself except I don’t really faint — I’d describe it more as blacking out. I don’t
have the feeling that I’m getting light-headed and about to pass out but rather I just lose consciousness like a light switch being turned off. When I regain consciousness it is very bizarre — it feels like my brain is slowly rebooting as I regain vision, hearing and overall awareness.

It’s concerning because people lose consciousness and land wrong causing either paralysis or death often enough that it’s a serious matter.

I went to a gastroenterologist where I got an ultra sound, endoscopy and a hida scan — nothing was found. I went to a cardiologist and wore the holter monitor for 10 days and nothing irregular or concerning was found.

If you discover what could be causing this, please let me know cause I can’t seem to find the answers myself.
