Says year over year roster continuity is part of the ranking. So Lasker, Kelly,

and several other solid additions are viewed as a negative in that fine poll. But Oklahoma State returning all of its roster is a big plus.

I can guarantee that power ranking heavily weighs recruit rankings. Most use it to start season. They never changed it
