Because 3-4 have better resumes. If you don't believe that you've not
articulated the argument well here when I've given you the opportunity to do so.
What about Penn St's (or other school's) resume do you believe makes them an inferior team to Iowa St?
I'm not a P2 honk. But right now based on the rules and body of work, the 12 teams in those projections have the best resumes to date. Which is why they are projected where they are.

It’s a circular argument until they play each other more. Big 2 have always propped each other up based on preseason

It’s theoretical but sure, pick one. Clemson’s only ranked opponent blew them out. Why should they be ranked so high?
