Ok here is my interpretation
Tiebreaker A: Head to Head is irrelevant because none of the three played each other.

Tiebreaker B: Record against common opponents. This has a potential for any team to tie with Colorado with a loss to one of these 5 common opponents.

Tiebreaker C: The record against the highest ranking common opponent. If it is KSU, BYU wins. If it is Baylor everyone ties. [NOTE made as part of an edit: It says "proceeding through the standings, so my argument is likely wrong. If Baylor is a tie, they would compare the next opponent in the standing, so they would eventually check Kansas St.]

Tiebreaker D: Combined winning percentage of all the conference teams you played. BYU will lose this one because our opponents are from the bottom half of the conference.
