Northwestern University is building a 35,000 seat football stadium (down 12,000 seats from what they had before), and it is going to cost $800 million to build and take 2 years to complete. BYU doesn’t have anywhere they can play while doing a 2 year rebuild and I can’t see them spending even $500 million for a new stadium.

If we want to rebuild buildings because they look bad, I think the Marriott Center looks WAY worse than LES. I love the size and experience of the Marriott Center, but it’s an ugly building to look at
