I wouldn't be surprised if they eventually build an entirely new stadium on a different spot or do a stand by stand rebuild that results in what is effectively a new stadium in the same location. If that's the direction this goes, I expect that much more attention will be paid this time around to making the stadium a good looking building from the outside.
