As such, I would argue that cheering for SMU and Kansas St. to keep on winning is good for BYU because those are our 2 biggest wins at the moment. If we can get to the end of the regular season and those 2 teams are in the 15 and their only losses are to BYU, that will be a huge boost to the committee - and if we are lucky will push us out of that 4 seed and up to #3 (if not #2).
