I transferred in 2002 with a 3.4. Here is how I got in:
I did super well my last two semesters at UVSC. Finished my associates.
I took open enrollment classes for non-BYU students
I also went directly to the Dean of Admissions and asked if there was anything else I needed to do to get in.
2 days later, I got an acceptance letter in the mail. One of the best days in my life!
