The improvement from game to game is actually the most impressive thing
As a huge skeptic of Jake coming in, there are things you see game to game that maybe don't show up in a box score. His achilles heel coming into this year was accuracy and propensity to make bone headed decisions. As the season started and progresses, the really bad throws from an accuracy standpoint have gotten less and less. The really dumb choices trying to make a play have been less and less.

Example of something that looks bad but actually a huge jump for Jake against UCF: He had a play he took a sack against UCF where he was rolling aright and could have tried to pitch the ball as the play looked to be a designed reverse. He was locked up with a defender and could have tried to save the play by making the pitch which is something he would have for sure done last year, likely done at the first of this year, but didn't do in the moment against UCF. Yes, it was a big loss, but the team kept the ball and scored a TD 3 plays later. You don't often see that type of growth in the span of a year from many guys out there
