Issue is w/ larger conferences this yr, # of teams that can finished with 0,1,2
Losses has increased in SEC and B1G.
In years past, there was a hard limit on this. I'm not sure any year and any conference had more than 3 teams with so few losses.
That is likely going to flip this year. Will be much more common.
More teams in your conference means you have more chance that top teams don't play each other and thus don't contribute to automatic losses for top teams.
