Bronco has kept many of the same coaches with him for most of his coaching career. Loyalty is definitely a great value to have and both Sitake and Bronco have loyalty as core values.

With Sitake recently shaking up the coaching staff I think Sitake ends up a more successful BYU coach.

Both Bronco and Sitake are great men in their own ways but I think Sitake is better at building a more cohesive / united team.
