I've heard (yep, no hard data on this) that the Team 1 is decided by common
opponent win percentage. Once that team is found, then it is a direct head to head.
So hypothetical team one being Iowa State, then team two would be between KSU and BYU. Since BYU has the head to head tiebreaker they would be team two.
So CCG would be Iowa State, BYU
