I've attended a few BYU/Utah games. Your biggest concerns are outside the
stadium. Inside the stadium, you are mostly fine as long as you aren't directly taunting utah fans.
Honestly, the biggest issue is the North Endzone stands. I'm not joking when I say that 10% of those sections should be in a mental institution. I'm talking legitimately insane people that should be medicated or in prison.
