I really don’t believe mid season fires are all that effective. Could they?A bit
BYU themselves after Bronco fired Hill and took over himself. However I think that is an exception.
I guess just think it’s unsustainable to have a 1st year coach not get a chance to recruit the players he needs on defense. Also the always expectation that you are always going to have a winning season.
