Guy called up and wanted a quote to insure and ice cream truck.
Gave him the outrageous annual premium of $20,000 a year. Why is it so much? Well sir you don't have a valid drivers license and lawyers get big payouts when kids are ran over by ice cream trucks. OK, not that funny.
