As I said, I do not really watch any of these types of movies, so I do not know all the tugs on emotions that normally go along with them, except from distant memory of watching the Freedy Kruger, Halloween, etc. type movies as a teenager. It did not take me long to conclude I just did not like watching those sorts of things. Sort of like you said, making me feel a bit hollow after it is all done.
