No it's not. It's costing them $46MM which puts them just behind the Mets and

Yankees. Even if you ignored the time value of money, which would be silly, and added the full $70MM they would still be behind the Mets for 2024.

Bugs me that we've fallen behind the New York teams. Hope the Dodgers actually start to spend this winter.
