They gave all their power to the bowls, the networks and the conferences. They are slowly getting it back. Once the
schools see how much money they’ll make in the on campus games they’ll push for the second round game son campuses too.
The bowls have had too much power for too long.

That was all governed by the CFA, the deal between the NCAA and the TV networks.
