super overbearing with an insane workload, making me work extra hours. Come 8:00 or 9:00 pm after I’m finally done with work and kids bedtimes, I protest sleeping to enjoy some veg out time with TV, sports, and video games with friends while eating like crap.
I end up staying up too late and then getting up early to exercise feels like too much. I’m trying to snap out of it now, but Halloween with candy surrounding me is making eating healthy awfully difficult.
