What about pull exercises? I have dumbbells and a bench, but I feel like I can't
do any pulling except a few rows. Does this leave half of my muscles unexercised? I have been going to the gym to focus on exercises I can't do at home. Whether at home or gym, I mostly the most famous exercises that everyone recommends (deadlift, bench, squats, incline bench, overhead press, rows, curls, with some lats at the gym along with random stuff and heavier deadlifts).
