It seems according to the rules posted, if the tied teams did not all play

each other, then quality of loss comes into play next. Our quality of loss would be lower if KSU beat ISU.
If there are multiple 1 loss teams, it looks like a mess! BYU with likely the lowest ranked loss would still be out.

But I have no knowledge of this other than the rules posted above.
