Just ran through my benefits. Comparable plans increase would be from $16,500 annual to around $17,000. Not too bad.
But I am choosing a slightly better deductible/OOPM for next year and that takes my total to $18,300 for the year. I am anticipating my son needing shoulder surgery, my wife is now 10+ years out from a back fusion, and my daughter remains a klutz. So I should come out well ahead by taking the better coverage.
