Technically, it’s probably more fast offerings money.
NIL money is probably coming out of the pockets of wealthy donors after they have already paid their 10% to tithing, so the excess could be used toward fast offerings, or humanitarian fund, or general missionary fund. But they are choosing to invest it instead into BYU and BYU athletics.
