She could have been 15 yards offside and it wouldn't have mattered. The ball was deliberately kicked by the Houston player and Fryer intercepted it. You can only be offside on kicks or plays by your own team. You can't, by rule, be offside on a ball played by a Houston player. It was just a total brain fart by the AR and the Center ref.
