See if changing the payment due date helps cash flow/paychecks. It also can
Potentially give you a free 2-3 weeks before your next due date.
Example: Visa is due on the 14th, but you get paid on the 15th so have Visa bank Chang your due date to the 25th or whatever works for your budget.
Do this for all your cards.
Dave Ramsey always asks what your car payments are, and you should sell 1 or both cars and buy a cheap car for cash.
Don’t touch your 401k to take a loan or do a Heloc etc
