Best overall: Vuori - only downside, they are the most expensive.
Best value: VRST the Dicks Sporting good brand. They are about 1/2 the price of Vuori for about 90% of the quality.
Best feel/most comfortable: Rhone. Downside: expensive and mine always look wrinkled, not sure if it is just my body or what, but the draping on them does not work for me.

Others:
Myles: Good fit, decent price, a bit rubbery feeling
BYLT: Look good, decent price, but they have that hiking pant feel and they make the swooshing noise when you walk.
Lululemon: Similar to Myles but more expensive.
