I would also need to know how much freedom and discretion to determine a direction and what support I would receive in recruiting. My understanding is that Utah recruits its best athletes for defense. That would need to change.

And I'd need a lot of guaranteed money with a huge buyout.

its history of not producing good offenses and the fact its OCs don't have a history of moving on to better jobs would discourage me from taking the job.
