Louisville was not P5/6 in 2012, same with Rutgers
Actually, I could be wrong on this. It's maybe technically true as the Big East was still autonomous until 2013, but I still think semantically the Big East was not a "Power" level league at that point and everyone knew they'd lose their AQ status at the end of the contract the next year.
