If I was Jay, I wouldn't want that job. Too much pressure out of the gate.
I'd rather take a job elsewhere with a progam that's already been in the dumps for a while and just striving to get to 500 levels. Like what Bronco did with UVA. Way less pressure and stress from media and fans to take up a rebuild project like that. Probably be better for his heart health too.
