Wrong guy throwing the pass. If it has been a decently thrown ball we may have had a chance for a PI. But the pass was so bad there was no way they were going to penalize the defense

Myabe not PI, but at the very least it was defensive holding. But agreed - a better throw and we get the call for sure.

Never tipped. Replay showed clearly it was a clean pass.

It may not have been tipped but he was hit as he released the ball and it was not a clean pass by any interpetation.
