Belboz Intervention Needed
I work for a team with members around the world, but
there are a few of us here in Salt Lake.

Back when we worked from home only a couple of days per week, I sometimes felt bad for my boss and other team members who don't live near any other team member. During smoke breaks or any of the other number of breaks that in-office people do, we had a lot of work talk that non-present team members missed.

Now that none of us work in an office ever, we're just forced to have more calls. It works out.
I think my manager is much more involved in my work now than he was when I worked in an office 3 times per week.
It was easier to forget him back when I saw other people in the office.
