Have a couple pit bulls. They got out yesterday and killed a neighbor’s goat and chickens. Cops came, gave them a fine, and that was it. Dogs are still there. We have like 10-20 kids on our culdesac at any given time. Apparently this isn’t the first time the dogs got out. They bit a small dog a month ago.

So now I’m probably going to call the city and announce them until the dogs are gone. I’m shocked that the cops didn’t take them away. But I don’t know the local laws on this stuff.
