children, relatives, or friends that have been burned badly when their first exposure to the sun was after 3pm. For me it's after 2pm going back 20+ years and I have red hair and fair skin that can burn in 10 minutes in the noon day sun. The UV index is low at this point and it's very difficult to get a true burn after 3pm.
