Lots of reasons
1. Not every BYU fan wants to adhere to the honor code. Don't know anything about Aaron Dunn but Utah has had success using the honor code as a negative in recruiting.
2. Utah has been the more competitive program for the last decade.
3. Kyle is a great recruiter. I mean, just look at how many QBs he has wrecked. He single-handedly destroyed Cam's reputation as a football player forever while throwing him under the bus and Kyle is still committing 4 start QB prospects. The man is talented and that cannot be overlooked.

This is more about Caleb Lomu starting as a Redshirt Freshman at LT for Utah and he’s dominating. Dunn had no PT coming.
