Stretch Y is #1 for me from a logo-design perspective. It’s a great logo. Simple. Scales. Instantly recognizable. Not
easily confused with others. Sailor Coug doesn’t match up quite as well on those standards. But that doesn’t make it less cool on a T-shirt or hat.

They are incredibly different to my eye. Not subtle at all. Similar in that they both have a hat and that’s about it.

Preferences about what? A design? 🤣🤣🤣 What do you think a design argument looks like? Math?

No, preferences about a logo. The relative design merits of the various freshman

That’s the best logo. Stretch Y and Beetdigger are 2 and 3 (no particular order)

Stretch Y is best in Utah. But it's easily confused with Yahoo for non college

Second to the stretch Y IMO. But it’s great. Gets a nostalgia bump. I think the Y is widely known now, but you’re right
