thrown out in court. Half the time the officer doesn’t show, easy win for me. When they do I have a pretty good defense. Radar guns have to be calibrated on a regular basis. If not they can be very inaccurate. Turns out around 90% of traffic cops don’t calibrate them nearly as often as needed. If records show it wasn’t calibrated as it should have been at the time the officer has no argument. I win and as a bonus I get to see the judge tear the officer apart. Granted, it’s a lot more work than traffic school.
