Follow up- Anyone ever heard of the "Off the Record: Ticket Lawyer" app?

My nephew sent it to me when I mentioned my ticket. Apparently they fight the case for you for $200 and have a 97% success rate against speeding violations. Sounds weird to me but intriguing.

Never heard of it, but that's because the system is different where I live. Here you hire an attorney for $50-$75
