My oldest has done this. He wakes up just enough to realize he needs to go use the toilet, but sometimes not enough
to realize where the actual toilet is. This has led him to peeing in various places, including the laundry basket, his drawer full of clean clothes, the garbage can, all over the closed toilet lid, etc. The worst was when he peed on the pile of library books on the ground.
